Actually not that bad. I don't have much additional information to add that has already been covered by other reviewers. The only thing I would like to add (or emphasize) is that the included hardware is too long to mount in a closet. The included hardware is for drywall mounting - a couple of standard plastic drywall expanders (you know, a Macallite mount for everything) and a couple of screws that are about an inch long. These screws are too long for standard 3/4 inch wood cabinets. Yes. It'll pass like a really ugly pimple on the other side of the closet. Don't repeat my mistake OK? If you're crafty enough, you can probably find a pair of 1/2" wood screws and complete the installation on the side of the case without creating the ugly pimple mentioned above. I installed mine on the side of a closet because that's where the entry is and I have a closet next to it. This is the most logical place for me to say it. The organizer itself worked well - and as intended. However, the ugly nubs I created didn't work properly and probably not as intended. These are light hooks - car keys, house keys and some small things and so on. Do not hang a handbag, a backpack or even a jacket on it. It won't end well. OK, enough said. Have fun shopping!
