Review on Sleep Innovations 10 Inch Mattress Warranty by Damian Grotting

The mattress arrived in the afternoon of 10/08/16. We took the box into the bedroom and unpacked it. The mattress quickly expanded to what is shown in photos #1 and #2. It was about 10" thick and didn't lay flat with a few spots on the edge that didn't fully expand, photo #3. After 24 hours it hadn't changed much so I slept that night (8/11) on it for the first time. This is a very firm mattress which I wanted due to chronic back problems. It's almost too hard and I wonder if it's because it didn't fully stretch to 12 inches thick. After sleeping on the mattress for over a week, it still looks like it is in Fig. #4 (21.8.). You'll notice that it's still bowl-shaped and hasn't thickened to 10.5 inches (Figure 5). I'll probably be returning the mattress to have it replaced, but I can't see how that would work.
