I would like to know how the supplier decided this product would be.

I would like to know how the supplier decided this product could handle a 100 lb dog. I will limit my statement to my own experience. This purchase is a replacement for a very old dog wagon, the original wheel on the previous wagon was a cheap plastic wheel very similar to the wheel on the new wagon. One day my dog broke it and ran around the neighborhood until he got caught. If you do decide to buy this cart, get it from Revain (Stanley National Hardware 3213BC 2" Galvanized Fixed Single Pulley), mine is over ten years old and in excellent condition. This purchase is priced at 2 5/16" Supplied with open wooden eyebolts. One lanyard marked 1/4" but the 3/16" gauges are too flimsy for me, I reused my 3/8". A shock spring, very thin metal, 14 gauge. the old one was 10 gauge , but rusted. I installed a new one with an extra cable as a break link. 75' 3/16" steel cable 3/32" 10' to lower as above, would like to see heavier steel. 2 correct size cable clamps. Stanley National Hardware 3213BC 2" Zinc Plated Fixed Idler Pulley. Something not included but I highly recommend "wire cable thimbles" for less than a dollar at Home Depot for 2. Use the one where the cable attaches to the spring without the radius being too sharp and at a Wire breakage leads I also use one along with purchased wire clamps on the end that was looped. I would not use this product with the included plastic wheel, I would be embarrassed to use a light turnbuckle. My observations, your choice.
