I use this cart for my 15lb ShihPoo and have had no problems. Bought in August 2020 and it still works great even after a cold Iowa winter. I haven't had to tighten or adjust it yet. I can't speak for large dogs but it was perfect for my dog. Ease of installation. I find the line isn't that long so I attach a 25 foot line to it. I leave twisted lead on the hook to add weight and keep the reel upright.

I liked the color. The price was ok. Got it for sale. But I still feel like I threw my money away! My 70 pound pit bull is strong. I usually prefer the heavy gauge but really wanted to test this brand and the lighter gauge to see how it held up. Very disappointed! I would like to know how the supplier decided this product could handle a 100 lb dog. I will limit my statement to my own experience. This purchase is a replacement for a very old dog wagon, the original wheel on the previous wagon was a cheap plastic wheel very similar to the wheel on the new wagon.
