This is a well made device. All the details fit well. Spherical bearings run smoothly. I only have a couple of complaints: 1) The motors don't stop immediately, the residual momentum takes each axis further than necessary, whether the motor is rotating at slow or high speed. As a result, I can't move exactly where I want to go. After stopping, I can't move it manually because of the gears in the motor. A way of hitting the target of a remote controlled hoverhead. A set of stepper motors to drive the axes might be better for this design. 2) The motor mount stands require a set screw on the end of each stand to prevent the motors from falling when loosening the motor mounts to adjust. .
