We have been using these units for several years with minor service interruptions due to hardware failure. In general, the devices are more powerful than the competing devices, which we use to cover about 3,000 square miles in the mountains and valleys of southeastern Arizona. The only problem encountered was the device's tendency to significantly reduce throughput when interference was present in the area and not increase throughput once the interference was removed. Maybe the firmware developers can solve this problem in a future firmware version. Being a software developer, I know this is an easy task. If you can reduce the bandwidth and block size when the interference is strong, you can be sure to know when the interference has ended and adjust the frame rate and size accordingly. It makes sense to set an Auto setting for AMPDU in the Wireless Settings tab so that the firmware can adapt from 0 to 64 depending on the environment. It must match the AMSDU ON & OFF setting.
