The dashboard is very good at highlighting errors and providing helpful notifications about current health of your servers and applications. It's also easy to use and has many features that are useful for any size organization or developer with more than one server in their environment (or even if they only have one). There isn't much I dislike as it seems pretty intuitive for anyone who uses this tool regularly. I like how quickly I can get alerts out into my team when something goes wrong. We've been able to reduce downtime by nearly 90% since we started using this product. I have been using this product for quite some time now. It has helped me in managing my servers and also makes it easy to troubleshoot any problems that may arise. Sometimes, when I try to connect to other services like Google Drive or Microsoft Teams, my connection drops without any warning. This is not something I am able to control. The ability to see what users are doing on your network is very helpful as well. We use this in our office to help monitor and manage our servers.
