CopperEgg - Great tool at excellent pricing!

I love that it's easy to deploy and get up and running with. It's also very intuitive and simple to use. The UI is great for non-technical users. You can set alerts for various things like disk space. Notifications are sent via email or SMS. If you want more control over your alerting, you can create custom rules that trigger alerts. For example, if you have an alert rule that triggers when disk space drops below 25%, but you have some other rule that triggers when disk space is above 90%…

  • Sometimes takes hours before notification.
  • There should probably either always send notifications as soon they occur OR there could just make them available in real time instead

Great way keep track all apps running

The dashboard is very good at highlighting errors and providing helpful notifications about current health of your servers and applications. It's also easy to use and has many features that are useful for any size organization or developer with more than one server in their environment (or even if they only have one). There isn't much I dislike as it seems pretty intuitive for anyone who uses this tool regularly. I like how quickly I can get alerts out into my team when something goes wrong…

  • Very informative dashboards/graphs detailing all aspects related to security issues within an IT infrastructure.
  • Ease of access across multiple platforms including mobile phones! :)

Very good hosting and support team: CopperEgg

They are fast responding in most of our needs regarding their services we paid for. I like how they work with us during implementation process so that there is no problem at end-user side after release deployment. We had some problems about performance while using our software (Dynamics 365) but it was solved right away without wasting too much time or money. Nothing really bad! It's hard choosing only 2 points here because this service has very high rating among customers who used them before
