Review on 🔧 YourSME Valve Spring Compressor Tool for Ford 4.6L 5.4L 6.8L 3V, Comparable to OTC 6684 Rotunda 303-1039 by Brent Peterson

Well, first of all, this is really great value for money. BUT. This tool did NOT work properly on my 2010 F150 5.4L Triton engine. He didn't compress the valve spring hard enough. BUT, when you sharpen a small round set screw that a knurled handle (about 3/16 inch) turns, it works GREAT! So considering the price of this tool and the ease of refinishing the pen, I saved over $100 compared to the price of a name brand tool for the same job. If you don't think you can figure out how to do it, or be able to get the job done, then you're better off buying a more expensive brand. I think this tool is designed to work with an older version (2004 DOHC 5.4L?)
