I don't know what to say about mineral oil that is different from all the others. This is a nice clear food grade mineral oil that comes packaged in a well sealed bottle and arrives in good condition. I didn't notice any odor or odor when using it, which to me says it's pretty clean. I used it to update some wooden spoons and knife handles that were starting to look old and weathered and it did the job perfectly. effortlessly and left the wood looking fresh and new by slightly darkening it and removing that rough, worn texture. It's very easy to use and does a good job, but it's invariably dirty work. It has to be done though and it saves money compared to buying new cookware or new wooden cutting boards because it protects them and prevents them from chipping or splintering. !
