Works as a toilet extension

It's designed to use a compression fitting. BUT, you can ditch that nut and ferrule (olive) and use it as a 3/8-to- Use 3/8 extension, deducting one star because mine came without a tip (nut rolled along bottom of box) It would have been a throwback if I hadn't used it as an extension.
