Review on X-Large Wooden Pet House with Litter Box by TRIXIE Pet Products by Monica Hale

I live in a very small studio apartment so I thought it would be perfect for my needs. However, previous reviewers were correct in calling it flimsy. It took a while to assemble, mainly because one of the pre-drilled screw holes in the box was messed up and the parts weren't holding together. I need to buy glue and various screws to make the left door work. Second, the measurements given here don't seem really accurate to me. Based on what other people have commented, the tray I already have should fit just fine as it's quite small. However, this was not the case at all. The inner tray was much narrower than I expected, so now I have to order a new tray. I intend to get it working, but I think future buyers should be aware that even though it's brand new, what you're getting may need some 'fixing'. If it had been some kind of dent in shipping I wouldn't have been so disappointed. However, the damaged holes were clearly the result of a lack of quality control by the company and I no longer had to spend the time and money to repair a brand new $100+ item.
