Review on Vornado Pivot6 Air Circulator Fan - Powerful Whole Room Cooling, 4 Speeds, Remote Control, Efficient Rotating Axis by Robin Wilson

so far we are very happy with it. It's compact and funky. The remote is utterly useless to us, but the buttons on the top of the unit are an acceptable interface and they don't beep (hooray!). Unfortunately, the fan always starts at the maximum value when starting, not at the lowest, but that is not decisive for us. At settings other than the lowest this fan makes quite a bit of noise, but we've never had a reason to use it at anything other than the lowest setting, which is enough to circulate the air in a decent bedroom.
