I LOVE this scale. After marriage and children, I gained a lot of weight and was reluctant to return to my healthy weight. The decision was made years ago! Finally, after a horrible appointment with an endocrinologist, I decided that was all. I remembered my friend mentioning this brand so I quickly ordered it. Of course, I also avoided scales for years. It arrived quickly and set up was a breeze. I was so blown away by how modern these things are these days. I mean does it connect to the app? Sign me up! The app is pretty basic too. You turn on the app, then lightly step on the scale to turn it on and sync it to the app. Literally 2 seconds. Then, when the dial reads 0, step on the metal sensors. 2 seconds again. Both the scale and your app show you weight values. But the app will analyze it so carefully for you! It's not just the weight. These are BMI, Metabolic Age, % Fat, % Water, Muscle Mass and more. My metabolic age surprised me, of course, but it just made me even more motivated. I started the ketogenic diet and although it's contraindicated for humans, I've weighed myself every day to track my progress. The battery was dead after 3 months. Overall I really like this product and how smooth it is, how easy it is to hide in the bathroom and how it motivates me to stay healthy!
