I bought this set in 2018 to use in my home studio and I really like it as it is strong and durable. The legs are wide enough for more stability. I recently ordered another outdoor kit. Unfortunately, one of them had a problem. The small rivet(?) holding the spring in the main shaft broke in two. I was disappointed as it was my first time using it outdoors. It happened on Monday. I have emailed Neewer with pictures of the problem as proof. The next day (Tuesday) they promised to send me a replacement and asked for my shipping address and a copy of the invoice with seller details and order number. I sent the information immediately. On Wednesday they replied that they would send a replacement and it would take 5-7 days. I got a replacement the next Monday. The old one was not requested to be sent. Even if I can't use it I will keep it, so if something goes wrong (hopefully NOT) with one of the others I have I will try to use the broken one for the part. From time to time I buy a Neewer product. once and it was my first time having had an issue with their product and the way they handled it convinced me to stay with them. So I would say you can buy this with peace of mind because worst case scenario if you ever have one they will take care of your problem quickly.
