Makes friction noises

Something is wrong with the design, the fan is rubbing against the housing wall. When it's running at full power you don't hear anything, but at lower fan speeds you can hear a distinct click, similar to how a kid stuck a card into the spokes of your bike wheel to sound like a motorcycle.
