Review on 🚵 Maxxis Ardent Race 3C Exo TR Folding Tire, 2.2" Off-road Tire by Ray Mcknight

Excellent grip on loose and hard padding. Started at 25psi and seemed to latch onto the track right away with tremendous grip. I've used the 2.4 and it's even more grippy and comfortable, but I found the 2.4 soft and slow to respond. Almost like an old Oldsmobile. The 2.2 is more responsive but has a more predictable feel when leaning into a corner. Can be driven super and the weight is manageable. Not very good in liquid mud but gets the job done. I use this on the front with an Ikon 2.2 on the back. Great cross country combo. Really good race. I've always had good luck with Maxxis tires which have held up well and never flattened without tubes.
