This vacuum cleaner works well. It's as quiet as a vacuum cleaner can be. The pet nozzle is great for pet hair on furniture and bedding. I like that I don't have to buy bags. However, there is a small downside. Dirt sometimes rises to the top of the vacuum tank. It's hard to explain, but something needs to be dug up. Another thing is that I am interested in some plastic parts. Like a bar to drain the dirt. It's plastic. How much longer will it take. I bought a floor nozzle and I'm glad I did. It handles dust and pet hair much better. I like that the on/off button is on the handle. Very nice and comfortable. The hose seems to be made much stronger than many other vacuums I've had. They always diverge somehow. I find it a little difficult to use on my stairs. Overall I am very happy with this vacuum cleaner.
