Yes, Dodge Grand Caravans have a problem with the sliding door wiring harness. Having studied this issue and calculated the price, you can easily replace this device yourself. The dealer wanted $500. It's not worth it. After watching a video on YouTube, I replaced it myself and everything worked perfectly. If you have this problem, order this part and then search youtube.com for instructions on how to install the wire harness. Took me about 20 minutes with no problems.
