Bad Product - Network Adapter

WiFi worked right away but Bluetooth never worked. Wi-Fi worked for almost 2 months, then suddenly it stopped. After a crash, the entire computer would lock up every time it was plugged into a USB port (found after about 1 hour of troubleshooting). Windows 10 operating system and fully updated.
