These things are amazing! I've had one for years and love it, but my husband left it on the turntable under a bag of microwaved popcorn and it melted from the heat. I have everything covered. Greasy, tomato-based, exploding beans, soups, sauces, you name it. Nothing squirts through. Nothing dries underneath and doesn't tear. The little plastic dots are heavy enough to keep it in place, it never slips off. And when it gets dirty, just lather it up with some dish soap and rinse it out. I hang it over a faucet or dish rack and it dries in minutes. My first was in perfect condition after many years. Now that we know not to put it under popcorn, I expect a new one to last forever! But just in case I bought a spare.
