I love this product

I love this product. At first I bought it just for myself because breakfast was getting too complicated for me. I came up with a cocktail recipe that I was obsessed with. But what really drew me in was that after 8 years of trying to get my husband to eat something for breakfast it turned out to be the only thing that worked. He only ate coffee before dinner because he just couldn't bring himself to eat anything in the morning. What bribed him was that I told him that I make this cocktail with coffee so that he can still drink his coffee at the end, but also add something more than just coffee to it. Now we both make our shakes for breakfast every day and we are both very happy with our personal results. Him because it gives him so much more good energy and me because it has personally helped me avoid bloating and make better choices throughout the day and has made breakfast very quick and easy. I should mention that it took me about a week to stop feeling hungry after 2 hours of drinking this drink. My body was just getting used to eating liquids for breakfast, but once my body got used to it, I was able to last longer. If you're wondering how I make my cocktails, here's what I make. I actually use a blender when I make this and then drink it from a blender shake bottle. Since the blender bottle holds 3 cups of liquid, we use that as a baseline for the amount of liquid we use, but more liquid than the recommended 8 ounces will likely help make this smoothie tastier. The most important part of this process is that you have to put the powder in the blender first and then the liquids, this also helps with the consistency. FYI, this drink isn't hot or cold, it's room temperature, which doesn't bother me and my husband, but when it gets hotter outside we might consider putting some ice cubes in our blender bottles like iced coffee. It's up to you 1 1/2 cups of room temperature coffee or iced coffee 1 1/2 cups of non-dairy milk (my favorite is vanilla almond unsweetened milk, I've also used unsweetened coconut milk), blend them together, then pour into a blender bottle and go!*** It didn't take long to clean up, we just rinse the blender out immediately after use and nothing sticks or hardens*** Enjoy!
