Too bad I didn't get this last year when I had a knee injury. I didn't even know this pillow existed! I got it a few weeks ago because I've been training and working hard lately. As a precaution, I always monitor the condition of the knee. It's so comfortable and I feel so relaxed with my legs up after a long day! I would recommend this to people with injuries, poor circulation and even pregnant women!
