Easy to use and my son loves it. I've only used it twice, but both times it was fine. The non-stick coating did not come off. I sprayed it with Pam before using it, but haven't tried it without Pam, so I can't say if the nonstick coating works. But nothing stuck with Pam. I used 1 tbsp for each car and it worked well. No big mess or anything like that. I use store bought pancake mix (just add water). Big hit!
