These shoes were not well-packaged or protected. The product box was torn on one side, and only one of the boots had any protective material inside. They also did not have dust bags or much outer protective material, so they could have easily been scuffed during the shipping process.I would recommend ordering your typical size, rather than sizing up as the product title suggests. I am a size 10 and ordered a 10, but they were a bit large around my ankle/lower calf and generally loose. I like this brand, but I would recommend different boots.
