Sturdy with strong opening/closing mechanism

This is a really good umbrella. We have a very similar one from a famous company and I think this one is much better. Firstly, the spring mechanism is much stronger, in fact it's the best I've ever seen in an umbrella. For those unsure how the Auto Open/Close mechanism works, here's what it looks like... From the fully closed position: press the button and the umbrella stand extends and then the roof opens. From the fully open position: push the button and the top folds down. You must then manually lower the stand. This is the same for all "automatic" umbrellas. I've never seen an umbrella retract the center pole. So this is not a minus at all and not a minus of this umbrella. I also posted a video of the umbrella opening and closing for demonstration purposes. In any case, it's the perfect size and exactly what I was looking for. It rains a lot and I always like to have at least one umbrella in the car. This fits perfectly in the side pocket of the driver's door and is therefore always ready to hand. It was supposed to rain this weekend, but it didn't, so I don't have any photos to share with you. umbrella in action. However, I can tell you that I love the fact that this umbrella has 10 ribs in the canopy as I have never had an umbrella with more than 8. I'm sure the extra ribs add to its strength. The fabric itself seems durable and I can't find anything about the construction of the umbrella that makes me doubt its effectiveness. Oh the included case is better than most as it has a little zipper which makes it really easy to put on and take off. If you are looking for a medium sized umbrella you can't go wrong with this one as it has all the features you could want.
