This was my first purchase from this manufacturer. Arrival took about a week. I used to buy a large food processor that was way too much product for me. Then my eyes fell on Shardor. Overall, it suits my needs well. The suction is strong, the cutting blades are sharp. This block works better than I expected. I grated cheese, made salsa, pico de gallo, and cut up tons of veggies for salads. I was annoyed that I had to return the first device I received because the gutter broke off. Unfortunately, the second block broke in the exact same spot when I was shredding the cheese and "shooting" the cheese right into the casserole. I hand washed all the accessories very carefully so I think this is just a marriage. Everything else seems to be well done. Be sure to submit your registration within seven days for an additional guarantee. For me, this is the perfect size for 1-2 people without having to lug around a larger item. It doesn't take up space on my counter; In the photo, the components are scattered, but not stored that way.
