Review on Enhanced Notebook Cooling Pad - Laptop Computer Cooling Solution (NC2003SR) by Jay Liu

This laptop cooler does what it's supposed to do: keep your device cool. It's virtually silent about 80 percent of the time, but for some reason it sometimes starts to hum like the fan motors are badly mounted, but then quiets down again. It's a bit annoying when that happens and I've considered returning it, but I'm used to it and will probably just see where it goes. I use it with a 15 inch laptop so it's not a weight issue, or at least I don't think so. blind typist so not a problem for me but maybe you should keep that in mind if you are.
