Okay, read on because I'll tell you. The good the bad and the ugly. You have to pay for good things. Very good if you combine it with other underwater mp3 files. The sound is also surprisingly good. I prefer my 66 Audio Bluetooth headphones, which cost twice as much and work with just water. BUT, these are underwater headphones, so I'm assuming you're reading this review because you're considering buying these things for swimming (at least that's why I bought them). The bottom line is you can use them above ground and be very, very happy with them, but when you take them underwater you run into problems. Sigh. This is bad. Kick flips, forget it, they loosen up and water gets between your ear and the speaker and it's over. You have to stop and suck the water out and then put it back in, and over and over again, until you get angry and it starts ruining your swim and you want to give up. Incredibly annoying. I'd say these things are only good if you breathe in and (no offense) swim like a grandma, then I'd say GO! If you're moving in first gear they'll probably work just fine, but if you're really trying to swim (not even kickflips), good luck because sooner or later they'll come loose and then it'll be a loss. Fight, once water gets between you and plugs that don't fit well, you're done. They don't fit well. Different size plugs that come with the kit are not suitable. What I mean is that they come with a large and a small flotation pad and then a small, medium and large dry pad. Why did they give you three dry clothing options and two swim options when they were designed for snorkeling? Shouldn't it be the other way around?! It makes no sense. For real. They don't fit anyway. sigh, one more time Now HOT: The charge doesn't last that long. They start chirping pretty quickly (after two hours), or one of the headphones suddenly turns off while the other keeps playing. This is really weird and you need to sit down and find out. Then you charge and then everything works fine, but at the same time there is nothing about it in the documentation, so you have to be smart to figure it out and defeat the system. Trial and error is ok if you want to win. Read other people's reviews and I think they will share my opinion. It's like WOW, we all really want these things to be awesome, and they are, but not really. They are equal parts brilliant and disappointing. Here are the NEEDED workarounds I found to get this headset working. Use them on your ears under a very tight silicone swim cap. This keeps them in place and keeps water out. That's the only way they're worth a dime, except they're a hot bunch.
