My husband used it once It became very bulky I would definitely recommend it to skinny guys Will happily buy it again but remember when using this product drink at least 8 glasses of water a day , because it has 5g of creatine per serving. Thanks production. I don't get anything for my review, I just want to be honest and help those who want to gain weight.
