Nice picture and sound even at the edge of the WLAN range. Rarely uses more than 5-7% of the CPU even with 4K resolution and running VPN. Probably plays pretty decent Android games, although I haven't tried it yet. However, it doesn't work with the Android version of Android TV, so it's not compatible with some nicer apps like Apple TV. WiFi does not have an antenna, so indoor range through multiple walls is 50-70 feet. Not sure, but an external USB WiFi adapter might solve this problem. Also, my device tends to overheat (70-80Β°C) which can cause unexpected freezes and reboots. I suspect this can easily be remedied by opening the box. Either the heatsinks for the chip came loose during shipping (better glue the heatsink and reinstall) - OR - the cheap box design didn't mount the heatsinks on the chips (add one or two). My experience and simple logic show that heatsink issues are fairly common in lightweight TV boxes shipped long distances from China.
