I agree that hand polishing is not the best option but I will not judge this product for it. These are the exact same Hex-Logic foam pads you buy for your DA polisher and they work just as well. I like the size of the pads as they are easy to hold in hand. I can go horizontally and use the entire surface of the pad, or I can just press one end to get very small surfaces. This set is great because there are three types of polishers that I use the most (light cut, buff and finish). I use the same Chemical Guys cleaner and brush that I use on my Hex-Logic DA pads and they clean great. I expect these pads will have many uses and I am very glad I bought them.
