Worked great for about a week. Fast forward about a month and all USB ports stop working. Have tried multiple plugs, cables etc but this is definitely a device. The top plugs (standard outlets) still work, but I have extension cords for them, I don't need them for the standard plugs, and if the USB only works for a few weeks then it's a waste of money. Read other reviews that said the same but didn't believe it. Well, believe me, that's complete nonsense. Too late to return, so most likely they will most likely be thrown away. waste of money. Out of the box - it thundered. like something is rattling around. I ignored it, but it probably shouldn't sound like that for a variety of reasons. In terms of functionality, while it worked, it was a great little charging station for tablets and phones. but then again it only lasted a few weeks so don't waste your money. This is a famous extension cable with USB connectors and standard plugs. I've never had an extension cord fail, so I don't know how it could be wrong, but this thing apparently screwed up like crap. Finally I just checked for other negative reviews and found that they were all removed from the page I was referred to. A bit confused as there were several bad reviews related to the same issues I had and now they are all conveniently out there. Beware of this seller/product.
