I'm trying to get a refund even though my purchase was in 2020. My complaint: NO repair kit for category 8 flat cable. When I bought the cat6e I was convinced that this was the wave of the future. When integrating it into a smart home, I realized that this is something for me. Recently vandalized I found this cut cord just dangling from the back of the house with no plug showing. I've searched a lot on the internet including YouTube and Revine. RJ45 Cat8 are not compatible with FLAT cables. Now I have an expensive 99 foot rope. 😤😔😢 I didn't expect that.
