These literally come with instructions on how to put them back together if they fall apart. It was difficult to scoop up the chilled cookie dough because it was weak. When I first used it, the "scraper" part popped right out instead of scraping the batter off the spoon. After I somehow reassembled it, the scraper was never properly leveled, so it stuck out when not in use and never went all the way through the scoop to take out the batter. I've tried repeatedly to adjust the toe. (Actually, I'm usually pretty good at stuff like this, and I don't really care.) Even after following the "if our product breaks, do it" instructions to the letter, I just couldn't make the product effective. I used a regular spoon again and it was MUCH EASIER AND FASTER! And my cookies were great and very tasty without that shit.
