Powerful, durable and light!
The first had a small chip (found on the mat) on the frame at the bottom step. I thought to poke a chip, but when spinning, the bar fell out - weird. The bar turned out to support the stride, so I was out of my league before I even tried. Luckily I contacted the seller and he sent a new one with no problem and I returned the first one. I love it and am glad I boxed it up and sent it back knowing how good this ladder is. Car!
