Disgusting! Arrived used and dirty!
It was the rudest thing I could imagine. I opened what appeared to be brand new packaging to find that the device inside had already been used. The water tank is caked with white mud, outside with smeared toothpaste and muddy brown stains on the white part. Imagine you receive a used toothbrush from a stranger. It was just as bad. I'm out of breath. There's even hair in the package.
