I have apple watch, air pods and just today got the iphone 12 mini. However, the Mini is too small for the charger and does not charge. I put in a 3mm thick cardboard and it charged perfectly. It's just not quite the place to charge. I'm debating what to give my son who has an iPhone X or glue a small piece of material to lift it up as I really like the 3 in 1 watch. The clock above is great and there is no problem charging the Airpods. I took out the silicone case and will have to experiment to see if that works too.
