As the name suggests, this bag is perfect. I use it with my Surface 3 laptop (13.5") and it fits snugly. I also have a mouse, mouse pad, portable hotspot (Netgear Nighthawk M1), and laptop and hotspot charging cables. All of these fit easily with it lots of clearance. The fabric is a bit like LeSportsac bags which I think are ripstop nylon. In any case, it seems durable. The zippers slide smoothly and are of good quality. My favorite part is the shoulder strap - it is nice and long many bags have tiny shoulder straps that make them uncomfortable to carry but this bag has a shoulder strap long enough to wear over the shoulder a very "professional" look so if you need something that you can take to meetings etc. this might not be the best choice Overall I'm giving it five stars.
