Tomtoc makes really interesting laptop cases and accessories. I have previously purchased one of their cases with a zipped storage pouch which was great. As the name suggests, this bag is perfect. I use it with my Surface 3 laptop (13.5") and it fits snugly. I also have a mouse, mouse pad, portable hotspot (Netgear Nighthawk M1), and laptop and hotspot charging cables. All of these fit easily with it lots of clearance.
