Review on Boeray Pliers: The Ultimate Diagonal Linesman Maintenance Tool by Jeremy Gulledge

This is a basic 5 piece set consisting of four commonly used pliers and an adjustable wrench, an essential part of any tool kit. Add a set of sockets, a hammer, allen wrenches and a couple of screwdrivers and you're good to go. This set looks cheap but to be honest the tools aren't bad. The pliers have a firm feel and not cheap, loose like other discount tools I've used. The pliers work well and have great clamping force. The adjustable wrench is metal only, with no rubberized grip, but suitable for basic tasks. None of these tools are made for hard work and they are likely to break or wear out if you overuse them. This is an affordable but decent tool set and I keep losing my pliers and they fit me perfectly. These tools are about 6 inches long, which I consider "normal" household size. Suitable for light automotive and home use and not too heavy so they can be used by almost anyone, although locking pliers will require quite a bit of force to lock when you're pinching something hard. At less than $5 a tool, it's hard to complain about the quality. I believe that most of these tools will serve the average home user for a lifetime and I'm personally content to use them at work at home and in my car in my free time.
