I use these shirts specifically for hiking / backpacking. The polyester/spandex material other reviews talk about is the ideal fabric for backpacking, so it is not an issue for my application. Performs as expected for the application, light, breathable, & quick-drying when you're inevitably getting wet / sweaty. I hope they keep making these, as they're the only long-sleeve polyester henleys I can find that also come in earth tones and have a deep running button up for venting. I wear henleys above anything else so this is perfect for me as a picky hiker! I've got a few hundred miles under my belt in one of these shirts and they have been holding up well to my abuse.
