I wasn't sure if it was going to fit my front entrance, but this mat is a great size at 17" x 30". It filled in the space without overwhelming it. Plus, the mat's color and pattern are perfectly festive for the fall season without being too loud or over-the-top. I've accidentally stepped on the spinning part a few times, but I'm happy to say that the anti-slip backing is the real deal. It stays in place even when I'm running late and I'm rushing out the door. Aside from being an excellent welcome mat, this also doubles as a shoe and boot tray for people like me who would rather not bring outdoor dirt inside the house.
