I like that it has all of my social media profiles, which makes searching for posts easier than if they were separate accounts! The customer service is not great as far as responding quickly or being helpful when there's an issue with scheduling something through their system versus just reaching out directly myself - but this could be personal preference vs what we're seeing from them in general (I have no idea).
Their pricing seems rather steep compared to other services around our industry; however since most people aren't used anymore to paying monthly fees instead having one time payments each year at tax season then maybe these are fair prices? Maybe do some A/B testing by comparing different plans so customers can make informed decisions about how much traffic will cost per month before signing up?? Definitely try using multiple providers first because sometimes certain platforms work better individually without affecting others' functionality overall- otherwise keep trying until someone finds exactly where YOU fit best!!
