I love that this stand is so portable and lightweight. However, it can change if you touch your laptop too often. The legs slide down and back over time, making the base uneven and flatter than it was. The stand needs a locking mechanism to prevent it from moving out of position (sideways and backwards). Or maybe the rubber legs are starting to loosen due to the shift! These rubber feet are very important for stability! The rubber needs a better grip on the metal feet. I'll try wrapping some rubber bands around the legs and gluing on the crossbars (to prevent shifting) to see if that helps. But I'm angry that I have to do it at all! :-(
