I was definitely missing something because I needed this in Miami! I saw a guy wearing it and I was so curious what it was and I'm glad I found out! Relatively light enough, and depending on the level, it may not quite whisper, but it pays off with functionality and ease of use. I haven't had a chance to try it in 30 degree weather so I'm not sure how it will hold up, but I've had a chance to try it in the 70's and 80's and it definitely works. I've seen a version that has two mini fans blowing straight in the face, but I like the slimmer design of this version. Battery life wise, I didn't get a chance to try it until it was completely drained, but for my light use, it didn't disappoint. All in all, this is a good buy!
