I bought 3 of these on September 2nd, 2019. The date this review was written is November 4th, 2019. I've only had problems with these cables. Sometimes they will show up, sometimes not. At first I thought it was a problem with my graphics card so I used it on another computer and after about a day the problems kept reappearing. But it's not the worst, believe it or not. Two months of owning these cables and 2 out of 3 just stopped working. There's no reason why at all. They worked one day, turned my computer off for a day, came back the next day, turned my computer back on and found that one of the cables was no longer visible. I tried these two cables that stopped working on 4 different computers to no avail. I've also tried USB adapters and similar to no avail. BUT WAIT. EAT MORE! I emailed the seller about a week ago when the first cable went and I'm sure you can guess what I'm going to say. The seller has not yet responded. I have sent them 4 different emails (not counting the first) within a week asking them to replace the cables as they are only 2 months old. You haven't answered yet. Find out. The last email was sent a few minutes before writing this review. Now, as a business owner with 200+ employees, I can tell you firsthand if I found out that one of my customers was being completely ignored for whatever reason, every employee I found contacted this support ticket, who answered no question being fired on the spot. So I'm a little confused as to how a company can get away with this and still be in business. Either way, save money, time and energy and just buy another brand together!
