To be honest I was hesitant to buy as I was told I would have to buy a replacement from the dealer as the key is attached to the fob. I couldn't even get a replacement just to open the doors (I was told) because of the key box. Well when I bought it it only had one key and all the buttons were worn out and the fob didn't stay together so the fob fell off every time you started the car and you literally only had a small key in the ignition . . Frustrated I wanted to replace it with a cheaper option as my offspring is almost 15 years old. Worked absolutely perfectly. The only difficulty was getting the converter chip out of the original. Would definitely buy again if needed and highly recommend.
