Does not fit with phone case or connectors

Normally you should have a phone without a case without connectors so that it lies flat/firmly in your hand. I have both to protect my iPhone 7 Plus on a daily basis. The ball joint mount also made it unstable - it wobbled everywhere. Oh, I tried.
