I like this purchase very much. I have a large French Press, but I love draft coffee when it's just about me. I have loose tea and this makes the process easier too. The same applies to loose tea. I like that I only have to delete one item at the end. The only thing I understood is that in the beginning with loose coffee grounds you have to add cream and sweetener, add water, mix and steep and brew. I added the cream and then the stevia by pulling on the top and tilting to add. He dropped some coffee grounds. So add them first. It also keeps the coffee very hot.
